As the Senior Project Accountant, you become the financial strategist and operational anchor behind complex development projects. You're responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial performance—from job costing and construction draws to cash flow forecasting, budget management, and institutional reporting. You serve as the bridge between finance, development, construction, and external partners, ensuring every dollar is accounted for, and every decision is backed by sound data.

To succeed in the Senior Project Accountant role, you’ll need a solid foundation in construction financing and development accounting, paired with a CPA designation and a sharp eye for both financial details and big-picture strategy. Mastery of tools like Yardi, Procore, and Excel is essential, along with fluency in GAAP. You'll thrive by blending analytical precision with clear, confident communication across teams—bridging finance, operations, and external partners with ease and insight.
