• Preparing Statements of Claim, Notices of Motion, Affidavits of Documents, and other court materials
• Reviewing and summarizing medical records and file documentation
• Managing undertakings charts and obtaining productions
• Coordinating mediation, pre-trial, and trial preparation including Summons to Witness and Trial Briefs
• Handling client inquiries and correspondence professionally
• Maintaining deadlines and ensuring timely file progression
• Other duties as assigned to support the legal team

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience as a Law Clerk, with a strong foundation in
  Tort law and working knowledge of Accident Benefits
• Solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Exceptional drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Primafact is an asset
• A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to client service
