Your new role

As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. With over a decade of experience, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and strategic insight to support enterprise applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of IT operations while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration, ideally in a global or industrial setting.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), virtualization (VMware), and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and departments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+, ITIL) are highly desirable.
