A well-established real estate investment and development firm based in Montréal, with projects across Québec, is seeking to strengthen its finance team. The company specializes in multi-residential assets and is known for its strategic approach to acquisitions, development, and asset management.

Your new role

• Developing and maintaining financial models for acquisitions, developments, and operating assets
• Conducting sensitivity analyses and stress testing
• Performing market and demographic research to support assumptions
• Evaluating capital structures and financing options
• Preparing investment memoranda and quarterly reports
• Monitoring performance against budgets and updating forecasts
• Supporting due diligence and reviewing leases, costs, and budgets
• Ensuring transparent and timely financial reporting to partners

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, with a strong focus on multi-residential projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ARGUS
• Deep understanding of real estate valuation, financing structures, and investment analysis
• Ability to identify risks, interpret financial data, and communicate insights clearly
• Familiarity with Québec real estate markets
