You will be joining a high-performing, stable, and sophisticated FX desk during an exciting period of transition. The team is looking for a senior leader to anchor its corporate presence. This is a role for a key high-performer, meaning you are entering a mature, professional environment that values technical mastery as much as commercial drive.

Your new role

• Portfolio Management: Inherit and manage an active book of corporate clients with existing revenue attached.
• Advisory & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Treasurers, designing and implementing hedging strategies using Spot, Forwards, and complex FX Options.
• Execution: Lead the pricing and execution of FX derivatives and structured products.
• New Business Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new corporate opportunities, leveraging a strong "sales-closer" mindset to convert prospects into long-term partners.
• Leadership: Serve as a senior technical resource on the desk, ensuring the highest standards of risk management and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in FX (Institutional or Corporate), with at least 4–5 years specifically in FX Dealing or Sales.
• Deep, hands-on experience with FX Options (pricing and execution) is non-negotiable. You must understand the Greeks and how to structure collars, strikers, and other derivatives for corporate risk.
• A proven track record of closing. You shouldn't just manage relationships; you should be motivated by hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience facing mid-to-large-cap corporate clients with the ability to explain complex market movements in plain English.
• The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining 100% accuracy.
