They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to be based in their head office in Mississauga.

Your New Role

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, acting as a business partner to the Sales and Marketing departments. Your responsibilities will include supporting pricing strategies and account profitability analysis, forecasting demand and managing customer P&Ls, conducting trade spend and marketing ROI analysis, preparing dynamic pricing tools and dashboards, leading month-end reporting and rebate accruals, maintaining master data within Microsoft Business Central, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce, CPA designation or active pursuit of one, advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities, experience in pricing, reporting, and variance analysis, and a proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities is also required.
