Your new role

As Senior Financial Analyst – Investments, you will report to the VP of Investments and play a key role in financial modelling and analysis for large-scale, multi-phase real estate projects and related investment funds. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Building and reviewing financial models for development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Preparing investor presentations and supporting fundraising initiatives.
  • Monitoring property budgets, operating expenses, and municipal taxes to assess asset performance.
  • Calculating investor returns and fund cash flows.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (design, construction, sales, asset management) and external appraisers.
  • Continuously improving financial models and maintaining market intelligence databases.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate, private equity, or M&A (asset).
  • Strong financial modelling skills, preferably in a transactional context.
  • Professional designation (CFA, CPA, CBV) completed or in progress (asset).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of Argus Enterprise is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines.
  • Functional bilingualism (French/English).
