Our client is a leader in industrial, commercial and residential real estate. They continue to grow and develop projects throughout Western Canada. The company is privately owned and operates out of headquarters located in Langley, BC. Success is measured by the execution of effective and impactful projects that enhance the communities they serve. They are in the fortunate position of owning hundreds of acres of land. This substantial holding includes a large site consisting of 72 acres located in Langley. The vision for this site is for it to be developed as a phased Master Plan consisting of various complementary asset classes over the coming years. At present the project is at visioning stage but once fully developed it will likely incorporate elements of retail, hotel, office, light industrial and residential multifamily.

As Senior Development Manager, you will oversee the planning, development and execution of the Langley masterplan from conception to completion. You will work closely with a small, close-knit team to ensure there is cohesion and clarity for the overall vision of the project. You will manage the entire property development lifecycle. This will include working closely with architects, contractors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the project(s) are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We require an experienced development professional with 10+ years of relevant experience.

You understand the economics of complex projects and have a keen appreciation for what makes a project successful.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment you will earn an attractive compensation package including a competitive base salary of $160-180k, bonus and RRSP matching.
