Sr. Commercial Property Manager & Broker of Record (RECA Licensed) up to $150K+ Bonus

Your new company

Our client, a globally recognized and highly established investment firm and holdings company, is now seeking to immediately hire an experienced RECA licensed commercial Property Manager with brokerage experience for their new head office relocation as well as new expansion into the local real estate/asset management market in Downtown Calgary.

Your new role

Reporting into the Vice President and President, this is a high-profile, strategic vacancy for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join an established group of companies in downtown Calgary. The role is twofold in managing both the flagship head office through a complete repositioning, and launching and leading their new real estate brokerage platform. This position requires a RECA-licensed professional with previous Brokerage exposure (ideally as a Principal or Broker of Record) and experience managing a portfolio of 500,000 to 1,000,000+ square feet of office and retail assets.

What you'll need to succeed

- 7+ years in commercial property management and acquisitions, preferably with Class A high-rise office assets

- Brokerage Compliance + Commercial RECA license mandatory

- CPA, RPA and other certifications are an asset

- Must have vital experience setting up Trust Accounts, SOPs, and ensuring regulatory compliance

- Portfolio Scope: Experience managing a portfolio of up to 1,000,000+ sq ft of office and retail assets

- Trust & Compliance: Set up the required legal and compliance framework for the brokerage, including trust accounts, H&S programs, and contractor qualification protocols

- Growth Strategy: Implement the business development plan to market the platform, define the fee model (base management fee, leasing coordination, after-hours rates), and cross-sell services using the Mosaic network

- Financial Control: Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, provide financial reports, and identify cost-reduction opportunities through vendor negotiation and consolidation
