We are hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team supporting a major banking client in the Retail Liquidity domain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading tech company and contribute to mission-critical Treasury and Liquidity initiatives.

Your new role

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and execute test strategies for complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Coordinate testing, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Support incident resolution and production stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to project scoping, estimation, and risk mitigation planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools.
• Solid understanding of programming languages and system architecture.
• Expertise in Retail Banking and Liquidity Management domains.
• Advanced knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and SDLC best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
