Your new role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design drawings and specifications. You will utilize Revit to create accurate and precise architectural drawings, prepare construction documents, conduct site visits, assess project progress, and review and analyze blueprints and technical documents. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating project activities with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and providing technical support to other staff members.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architectural technology with strong CA expertise.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in multi-family, Mid-High-Rise, Mixed-use, Commercial construction projects is preferred.
