Your new role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will take ownership of technical documentation and play a critical role in Contract Administration (CA) during construction. You’ll lead site reviews, manage RFIs, review shop drawings, and ensure projects maintain design integrity and meet regulatory standards. This position also involves mentoring junior staff and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in architectural technology with strong CA expertise.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with mid- to large-scale projects is an asset.
