Your new role

As a Senior Architect, you will take a leadership role in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design, from concept to construction, ensuring that each project reflects the firm’s high standards of innovation, sustainability, and urban integration. You’ll also collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and city officials to bring visionary ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and technical development of large-scale projects.
  • Mentor and manage junior and intermediate team members.
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Oversee the preparation of design presentations, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning bylaws, and sustainability standards.
  • Contribute to the firm’s design culture and strategic direction.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Registration with the AIBC or eligibility to register.
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural practice, including leadership on complex projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with urban design and mixed-use developments is a strong asset.
