We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to oversee the coordination of client appointments and workforce schedules, supporting seamless service delivery across our operations.

Your new role

  • Maintain scheduling systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally.
  • Provide scheduling performance reports to management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Industry experience in mechanical contracting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and service management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Strong technician and client service mindset and professional communication skills.
Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Opportunities for growth and performance incentives.
