Your new role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the technical support and development of CRM and mission-critical applications. You’ll work across platforms including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and other integrated systems to ensure stability, scalability, and performance. You’ll also guide junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to both operational support and strategic projects.
  • Provide technical support for mission applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of issues across platforms.
  • Support and develop CRM solutions (Salesforce & Dynamics 365), including Service and Experience Cloud.
  • Use SQL and SSMS to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • Track and manage tickets using Fresh Service, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices in system maintenance, testing, and release management.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce with objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Post-secondary education in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
  • Salesforce Developer certification and experience with NPSP/NPC.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Dynamics 365, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration, and data migration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Asana.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management.
