Your new role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll be embedded in Salesforce project work, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is heavily focused on requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional solution design within Salesforce environments. While no development work is required, you’ll be expected to be technically fluent in Salesforce concepts and able to confidently engage with admins and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
  (implementation, enhancement, or optimization)
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce concepts such as objects, workflows/flows, validation rules, and data models
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and supporting UAT
