Account Manager – Build Client Relationships, Drive Growth, and Lead Strategic Sales in a Dynamic Industry.

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic Account Manager looking to build strong client relationships and drive business growth in a fast-paced industry. In this role, you will be responsible for educating clients, managing the quoting process, and ensuring successful project execution—all while fostering long-term partnerships that lead to repeat business and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Education
  • Conduct in-person presentations and "lunch & learns" to introduce clients to the company's services and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Utilize industry memberships to generate new leads and schedule presentations with key decision-makers.

Quoting & Site Visits
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals based on client needs and site visits.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to gather measurements, blueprints, and necessary details for accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive project execution from initial inquiry to completion.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention
  • Prioritize relationship-building over single-project transactions, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Regularly visit clients, listen to their feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a genuine and transparent approach to business interactions, creating a customer-first experience.

Travel Requirements
  • Regular face-to-face client interactions, including on-site assessments and relationship-building visits.
  • Out-of-province travel may be required, with full travel expenses covered.

Training & Development
  • Comprehensive sales, estimating, and client relations training provided during a 3-month probationary period.
  • Ongoing mentorship to ensure confidence in presentations, quoting, and business development.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to successful project execution.
