We are currently hiring a Project Manager with disaster restoration experience, especially restoring properties damaged by water, fire, storm etc.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of work experience in the Construction/Restoration industry
• Proficient software skills - MS Office suite, MS project, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis
• IICRC (WRT, FSRT) is strongly desired.
• IICRC (Odour, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) is an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of construction theories and the Ontario Building Code
