Serve as a main contact, establishing strong working relationships and ensuring prompt completion of all service requests. Maintain high standards for the property's appearance and the safety/convenience of residents and visitors.

Conduct regular property inspections, implement preventative maintenance programs, and coordinate contractors for all repairs and maintenance (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.).

Maintain all required logs and manuals and oversee that third-party contractors are compliant with determined schedules and procedures.

Liaise with contractors and on-site staff, providing supervision of all trades servicing building equipment/systems.

Provide after-hours on-call coverage on a rotational basis with other operators.

Minimum of 3–5 years of related working experience.

Possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

Able to perform physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, working in various conditions).

Able to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be effective at working independently.

A valid Class G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

Industry-related designation(s) in BES and/or BOMI SMT/SMA are preferred.

Able to provide a clean criminal record check (company-paid).
