Your new role

• Provide on-site Tier 2 support for desktop productivity tools, printing infrastructure, and network equipment.
• Coordinate with central IT teams to resolve technical issues and escalate tickets as needed.
• Administer Active Directory accounts and support VPN, intranet, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Image and patch desktops and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–7 years of recent or relevant experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience working in multi-site or remote environments, including travel to community locations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop support, printing, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, VPNs, and IT ticketing systems.
• Experience delivering IT training and onboarding.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and documentation practices.
• Ability to support technical logistics for meetings and events.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Experience liaising with vendors and contributing to IT-related business planning.
