Regional Property Manager - Toronto

Your new company

You will be joining a leading real company focused on purpose-built rental housing in major Canadian markets. The organization manages billions in assets and thousands of units, with expertise spanning development, construction, and operations. Its portfolio includes rental communities, student and seniors’ housing, and affordable housing, often delivered through partnerships with institutional investors. The company emphasizes long-term value creation and high-quality living experiences through a vertically integrated approach.

Your new role

Responsible for coordinating shared building systems, capital projects, and operational integration across multiple asset types within a region, while ensuring exceptional resident experiences through proactive service, conflict resolution, and brand alignment to drive satisfaction and profitability. Leads and mentors a high-performing team across leasing, maintenance, and customer service, overseeing all operational functions including budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and compliance. Maintains strong vendor and resident relationships, ensures adherence to company policies, and manages administrative tasks such as invoice approvals, audits, and process improvements to optimize property performance and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Regional Property Manager or equivalent, specializing in purpose-built Apartments. You have in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related regulations, along with strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively guide and motivate teams. A background in business, hospitality, or a similar field is preferred, as are professional designations such as CPM or RPA. Highly organized and detail-focused, they excel at managing multiple priorities under pressure, are skilled in Microsoft Office and property management platforms (with Yardi experience as an advantage), and demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to ongoing development.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to join one of Canada’s fastest-growing real estate companies. Compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
