• Lead and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and business growth
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline performance, lead quality, and conversion
• Manage agencies and oversee campaign execution across digital, events, and onsite experiences
• Support realtor enablement through tools, training, and marketing programs
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets with a strong ROI focus.

• 6–10 years of marketing experience in a commercial, sales-driven environment
• Proven ability to drive business results, not just execute campaigns
• Strong digital marketing expertise (performance marketing, CRM, analytics)
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and external partners
• Background in real estate, homebuilding, or other high-consideration industries is preferred.
