Your New Company
Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading industrial company based in North Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time contract role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20–25 requisitions, primarily in operations and trades, with occasional head office roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Oracle experience is an asset).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
  • Support offer creation and extension processes (no direct access to offer steps).
  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs throughout the year.


What You Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or diverse role environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Boolean search and LinkedIn tools.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Oracle preferred) and tech-savvy approach to recruitment tools.
  • Independent self-starter with sound judgment and ability to manage complexity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open mindset and willingness to learn continuously.
  • Education is not a strict requirement—proven recruiting experience and skills are key.
