Quality Assurance and Systems Testing Specialist
to support critical system testing and data validation initiatives within a well-established project team.

Your New Role
As a Quality Assurance and Systems Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of IT systems through structured testing and data validation. Reporting to the IT Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing test activities, documenting results, and supporting the resolution of issues. You will be expected to integrate quickly into the team and contribute effectively from the outset.
Key Deliverables:
  • Develop and document the test strategy and test plan.
  • Coordinate all testing activities for the project.
  • Execute test scenarios and document discrepancies in English.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and IT Test Manager.
  • Identify and correct data validation errors.
  • Maintain a detailed log of executed tests and track issue resolution.
  • Accurately document and explain anomalies and errors.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in system testing, quality assurance, and data validation.
  • Experience working in a project-based environment and within established testing teams.
  • Strong ability to integrate into an existing team and contribute effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, rigorous approach to testing.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Transparent communication style, capable of clearly reporting status at all organizational levels.

    – Conduct tests methodically to minimize anomalies and maintain an up-to-date defect log.

    – Define and follow an efficient testing and validation process.
