Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will oversee a mixed portfolio of residential rental properties. Your responsibilities include full-cycle residential tenant administration, budgeting, and coordination of maintenance, repairs, and capital upgrades. You will manage day-to-day property operations, supervise live-in resident caretakers, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act. For qualified candidates, there is an opportunity to expand into commercial property management, working alongside a team of highly capable professionals in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you must hold a valid B.C. Rental Property Management License and bring at least 3 years of relevant property management experience. A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and standard B.C. tenancy forms is essential, along with a valid B.C. Driver’s License and reliable vehicle insured for business use. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a firm grasp of agency ethics are required. Knowledge of building systems or construction practices and fluency in additional languages will be considered assets.
