Known for its commitment to excellence, compliance, and community satisfaction, the company is seeking a licensed and experienced Property Manager to join its dynamic team.
Your new role
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio, with a primary focus on condominium management. You’ll work closely with boards of directors, supervise limited license managers, and ensure compliance with CMRAO regulations and the Condominium Act. You’ll also support residential and commercial property operations, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and foster strong relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.

What you'll need to succeed
A General License in good standing with the CMRAO.

- 3–5 years’ experience in property management across residential, commercial, and condominium sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Condominium Act, 1998, Ontario LTB, and commercial leasing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
