An established residential property in East York is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management of a high-end residential building. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive salary of up to $90,000 annually.

Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and housing regulations. You’ll lead a team of on-site staff, manage budgets, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will directly impact tenant satisfaction and the overall success of the property.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, ideally in high-end or luxury buildings
Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, or a related field (CPM, IHM certifications are an asset)
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant municipal/provincial legislation
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities
Valid driver’s license
