You will be joining a Canadian property management and real estate investment firm based in North York, Ontario. The company focuses on managing and improving multifamily residential apartments and commercial properties, aiming to maximize value for owners and enhance tenant experience. Their services include property management, asset management, and strategic investment, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability, and sustainability.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations and delivering excellent tenant experience across the apartment portfolio while planning and controlling operating and capital budgets. Leading and mentoring teams in administration, maintenance, and operations, driving collaboration, setting goals, and reviewing performance. Handling all staffing activities, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management. Overseeing major construction and improvement projects, working with owners and consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations while providing training and support to staff. Coordinating emergency responses to safeguard residents and assets, managing leasing to maintain occupancy, and overseeing rent collection and arrears resolution.
