Your new company
You will be joining one of Ontario’s largest privately owned Real Estate and property management firms. Their portfolio includes 20,000 residential units and over 1 million square feet of commercial space across Canada.
Your new role
This role involves overseeing daily property operations, inspections, and capital projects while maintaining high standards across the site. It includes building strong tenant relationships, managing rent collection and budgets, supporting leasing, and leading on-site teams and vendors. The position also ensures compliance with regulations like the Residential Tenancies Act, manages risk, and maintains accurate documentation. Additionally, it focuses on using new tools and practices to improve performance and reduce costs, while keeping stakeholders informed through regular communication and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in residential rentals, with strong leadership and vendor coordination skills. A background in Business, Real Estate, or Finance is preferred, and designations like CPM or IHM are an asset. They should have solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, be proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
What you'll get in return
$85,000 - $90,000, plus $500 monthly car allowance and employer paid benefits.
