Property Manager — Mississauga

Your new company

You will be joining an established real estate company that develops and manages residential rental properties across Canada. They are a leading organization that are constantly recognized for their focus on sustainability, innovation, and managing quality rental communities.

Your new role

The Property Manager is responsible for contributing to best in class customer experience by managing the maintenance team and our external contractors, in the performance of their duties in the most cost effective manner. The Property Manager also oversees the team responsible for delivery of a best in class customer experience as it relates to administering the tenancy relationship. You will lead the efficient and cost-effective management of a residential apartment portfolio by fostering strong resident relationships through consistent, high-quality service, overseeing maintenance and administrative teams, ensuring compliance and preventative upkeep, and leveraging ERP system for seamless contract administration and apartment turnovers. Monitor team and vendor performance against established standards and KPIs to maintain operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring 3–5 years of experience in managing multi-residential rentals or similar service environments, along with 2 years of team leadership, I offer strong customer focus and professional communication skills. I’m proficient in SAP and Yardi ERP systems, and have solid knowledge of property management practices and contractual agreements.
