Property Manager - Etobicoke

You will be joining one of Ontario’s largest privately held real estate firms, based in Toronto, specializes in managing and developing residential and commercial properties. Your new role

will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of rental apartments. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of building operations, adherence to budgets, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance. The Property Manager will act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience managing residential properties, along with a degree or certification in business administration, real estate finance, CPM, IHM, or a related field. They should possess strong knowledge of provincial and municipal legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act, and be proficient in MS Office and Yardi. Prior managerial experience is essential, along with proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills. The role requires diplomacy, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in diverse environments. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects, build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, and demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, and excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is also required.


What you'll get in return

You will have an opportunity to join one of Ontario's most established Property Management companies. You will receive an annual base salary ranging from $80,000 - $90,000. You will earn monthly car allowance, and employer paid benefits.
