A private Real Estate company specializing in real estate development, investment, and property management. Founded in 1950's, it focuses on industrial and commercial properties, handling everything from land acquisition and design to construction, financing, and property management.

Your new role

Maintain clear communication with the VP of Property Management on finances, operations, staffing, and tenant relations. Build strong tenant relationships through responsive service. Manage budgets, review financial reports, and ensure accurate billing and lease compliance. Oversee accounts receivable/payable and recommend cost-effective capital projects. Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and regularly inspected. Handle lease administration, move-in/move-out reports, and keep vacant spaces secure and marketable. Supervise operating procedures and perform other duties as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in business or real estate, with an RPA or CPM designation considered an asset. They bring 3–5 years of experience managing commercial properties and are skilled in both written and verbal communication. Strong relationship-building abilities with tenants, contractors, and senior management are essential, along with a proactive, flexible, and organized approach to handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines. The role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of changing tenant needs. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected, and experience with Yardi is a plus. A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to Beedie properties are also required.
