Property Manager

A leading real estate investment and management firm is seeking an experienced
Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial assets. This role is ideal for a proactive and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional tenant service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, lease terms, improvements, and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support tenant retention and satisfaction.
  • Support leasing activities including showings, renewals, and documentation for assignments and sublets.
  • Manage parking and storage revenue streams, including marketing and licensing.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic property goals.
  • Oversee sustainability initiatives, including energy management and health & safety compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Supervise tenant services staff and coordinate emergency and routine service requests.
  • Ensure accurate tenant charge-backs and liaise with accounting teams.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and tenant engagement programs.
  • Participate in Occupational Health & Safety committees and coordinate related activities.
  • Lead tenant appreciation efforts and communications around building operations.
  • Hire, train, and manage support staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of property management experience in commercial real estate.
  • Designations such as CSM, RPA, CPM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and service contract management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
