Your new role

As a Property Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both financial and operational aspects of the business. This multifaceted position combines accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, administrative support, and coordination with property management teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within property management or real estate.
• Proficiency in Yardi software.
• Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
