Your new company

You will be joining a privately held real estate company based in Toronto that specializes in managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They handle everything from tenant coordination and lease management to financial oversight and building maintenance. They help property owners enhance asset performance through clear communication, customized strategies, and dependable service.

Your new role

This role focuses on tenant coordination, general support, and accounting. Key responsibilities include handling tenant calls and concerns, assisting with promotions and leasing access, and supporting building staff in resolving issues. It also involves helping with marketing, preparing monthly and annual reports, assisting with budgets, and managing administrative tasks and filing systems. Accounting duties include processing payables and receivables, managing tenant invoices and rent rolls, reviewing financial statements, tracking accruals, and reporting delinquencies. This position is based in office in either Vaughan or Mississauga.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring 2–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within the property management field. You will demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, work effectively as a team player, and build positive working relationships. Your ability to manage time efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail will be essential. You will use your strong organizational skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word. Experience with Tenant Statement of Accounts and Yardi will be considered strong assets.


What you'll get in return

You will receive an annual base salary of $60,000 - $70,000, plus employer-paid benefits.
