Your new role
As a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a diverse and expanding residential portfolio. Working closely with property managers, site managers, accounting, and leasing teams, you will ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span leasing and property management administration, including maintaining tenant files, organizing documents, tracking property data, and coordinating with internal teams. You will also support team logistics, such as organizing events, ordering supplies, and assisting with reception duties. Additionally, you will provide accounting support by preparing correspondence, scanning and saving documents, and helping manage rent schedules. Your work will contribute directly to the strategic goals of the property team and help ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring 1–3 years of experience in real estate property management, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to stay organized and adapt to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit will help you succeed as a valued member of the team.
