Your new company
Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Property Management company based in Olympic Village, Vancouver. We are currently hiring a Property Administrator to join their team for 6-8 weeks, with potential to become permanent. This candidate will be required to work full time hours, fully in office and start immediately.
Your new role
- Residential leasing coordination – post ads, respond to enquiries, schedule suite viewings with building managers
- Tenant insurance – reach out to tenants to obtain updated insurance certificates
- Access control updates – program building access fobs as required
- Building maintenance work orders – review and close out maintenance work orders in Angus Anywhere
- Filing – go through hard copies, check for digital copies and update filing system as required
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-3 years previous administration experience
- Skilled in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Great attention to details, great communication skills and great attitude
- Experience working within the property industry is an assett
- Experience using Yardi Voyaguer is an asset
