Your new role

The Property Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial properties. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, this position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. These include maintaining accurate property records, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with insurance and lease documentation. The role also involves assisting with financial tracking, organizing tenant events, and supporting internal team coordination.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, candidates should bring 1–2 years of experience in property management, administration, or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software such as Yardi is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a basic understanding of local property laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and available to work in-office five days a week, with occasional flexibility.
