Property Administrator - Brampton

Your new company

Your will be joining a well-established real estate developer, builder, and property manager operating across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the Golden Horseshoe. Founded in 1951, the company owns and manages more than 1.25 million square feet of office and retail space. They are known for commitment to quality, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

Your new role

This role involves supporting property management by maintaining clear communication with tenants, property managers, accounting, and operations teams. Key tasks include entering monthly rent and sales data into Yardi, preparing A/R reports, following up on outstanding payments, and assisting with tenant issues and move-ins/outs. It also includes processing supplier invoices, reviewing lease agreements to ensure accurate system updates, minimizing receivables, and helping with budget preparation.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in property administration, preferably in commercial real estate. They should be comfortable with technology and able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. A team-oriented mindset, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.

What you'll get in return

$60,000 - $65,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits, including RRSP.
