Your new role

As senior member of the PMO team, the Senior Project Manager will help lead the PMO office in coaching and mentoring junior members and establishing processes that could be replicated and optimize project delivery. The Sr. Project Manager will also oversee flagship projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Engineer, Technician or Management Experience in BAS • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure.

• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Financial literate and strong understanding of contractual agreements and contacts

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Collaborate with field and office staff.

• Make informed decisions based on personal judgment. Collaborate with others when required.

• A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.

• Strong computer skills
