Your new role
As the Project Manager for the ERP Implementation, reporting to the Director, Finance & Controller, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP system implementation within the Finance department. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support. Your role includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with external vendors and implementation partners, facilitating training, and ensuring the project aligns with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (required)
  • CPA designation (required); postgraduate degree in business (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Public Sector Accounting Standards
  • Familiarity with MIS Standards and Ministry of Health reporting (preferred)
  • Proven experience in ERP project management and financial systems implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, performance metrics, and change management
