• Provide project management expertise for all project activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams using proven PM best practices.
• Oversee projects throughout planning, solution selection, configuration, implementation, and transition to operations, ensuring timelines, budget, and performance targets are met.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans; prioritize work to achieve defined objectives and ensure collaboration across teams.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and interdependent while maintaining scope and quality standards.
• Prepare and present proposals, status reports, risk logs, and progress charts to senior management and project sponsors.
• Build and sustain effective working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of client needs and timely resolution of concerns.
• Manage unplanned project activities including re-planning and recalibration as required.
• Operate independently with limited senior management involvement, providing regular status and value-delivery updates.
• Ensure all project deliverables and associated documentation are completed to standard.

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of recent demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist overseeing large projects (40+ resources, multi-year) in complex environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery approaches for strategic IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud solution implementations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into clear project objectives and application solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills — ability to produce clear documentation for both senior leadership and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated facilitation and problem-resolution skills.

• PMP Certification
• SCRUM Master Certification
• Knowledge of Bank of Canada's core functions and business processes. Mongan Chase
• Experience establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• French language proficiency is considered an asset.
