• Conducting preliminary studies, pre-projects, and projects in collaboration with business units (needs definition, option analysis, effort, cost, and benefit estimation).
• Developing and updating the detailed project plan for business unit activities and non-IT members.
• Identifying and assessing risks and issues to ensure objectives are met.
• Planning and coordinating resources involved in deploying digital solutions.
• Monitoring operational activities, including those of external vendors.
• Maintaining continuous communication with the project manager, sponsor, and stakeholders.
• Planning and facilitating governance committees and project meetings, preparing presentations and minutes.
• Controlling the quality of deliverables and contributing to the change management strategy.

• University degree (Bachelor’s) in IT management or a field related to project management.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Proven experience in at least 3 software implementation projects.
• Proficiency in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Skills in estimation, planning, and cost control.
• Experience in change management.
• Knowledge of the infrastructure construction sector (asset).
• PMP certification or equivalent (asset).
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar tools (asset).
• Proficiency in spoken and written French.
