Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Drive problem-solving and decision-making to achieve project goals
  • Represent the company’s values and maintain a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
  • CET designation required; P.Eng considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of direct Project Management experience, including 3 years in a senior role (preferably with a mid-sized firm)
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience managing construction crews and working on public/private contracts
  • Federal Top Secret Security Clearance is an asset
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
    • Building envelope systems
    • Pre-engineered buildings
    • Design-build contracts
    • Public tender processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
