We are looking for Project Manager, Business Process.Improvement.

4-day onsite Brampton

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience managing large scale projects and implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management/ PMP designation a must
  • Expertise and certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or Scrum Master considered an asset.
  • Experience with large-scale financial system implementations (e.g., SAP, Workday) Financials considered an asset.
  • 3-5 years of project management, business process improvement, and business transformation experience, including tracking and planning,
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems preferred.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Power of BI, and Outlook.
  • Advanced level of Jira/Confluence/Kanban boards and PMI methodologies such as scrum, agile and hybrid models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
