Hays have partnered with a well respected Client looking for an experienced Project Manager to look after a Residential project here in Calgary.

Your new role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of mid-rise residential apartment projects (4–6 storeys). This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager acts as the central point of communication between owners, consultants, trades, and municipal authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience managing residential or mid-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Building Code, Calgary permitting processes, and OH&S regulations.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
