Projects in development include a variety of high-rise, low and mid-rise concrete and wood-frame projects, including condominiums, townhouses and row homes.

The position requires someone that has a strong understanding of the high-rise multifamily residential sector. You will nurture relationships with trade contractors and consultants and assist with preconstruction prior to projects commencing on site. Ideally, you have a successful track record in a comparable role or have the appropriate experience to allow you to step up to a role at this level. We would be open to hearing from candidates at Senior Project Manager level or above that have high-rise project experience. Personally, you enjoy empowering those around you and helping them to develop professionally. You will relish the opportunity to help lead the growth of an expanding construction operation.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package including an attractive base salary of $180–200K (commensurate with experience level), vehicle allowance, bonus scheme and RSP matching.
