Hays Construction & Development is once again partnered with our vertically integrated Developer/General Contractor client who specializes in High Rise construction projects. They are a growing company and are seeking to increase the capability of their projects department by adding a Senior Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager, depending on your level of expertise.

Your new role

In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers, site teams, consultants, and trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supporting procurement and contract administration
• Attending site meetings and tracking progress against project milestones

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2–5 years of practical experience in construction project coordination or management, ideally in high rise, multifamily construction. You must have a strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

You should have strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) as well as a proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a leadership role.
