Your New Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and cross-functional teams. You’ll oversee administrative tasks, ensure resource availability, and maintain accurate project documentation. Your efforts will help keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope documents
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and objectives
  • Monitor project progress and address issues that may arise
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and communications
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Track expenses and support budget adherence
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination
  • Communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
