Project Coordinator

Your new role

The Project Coordinator will work closely with and support cross-functional teams across the organization to coordinate project efforts and ensure project alignment with corporate strategies.

  • Work with the Project Manager and/or project team through the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely and within-budget completion of all project objectives.
  • Take the lead and/or assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
    • Support the innovation of cross-functional teams by supporting trialling: scheduling, organizing materials, data collection/analysis, etc.
  • Maintain project management documentation.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Execute projects according to established timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk register, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the integrity of documentation to minimize errors and discrepancies among team members and stakeholders.
Fulfill other duties or ad hoc responsibilities as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Project Management Professional designation (CAPM, PMP) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 1–3 years of Project Support/Coordination experience, preferably in the life-sciences (Nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages and cannabis) or manufacturing industry
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change, competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate progress and risk identified by stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong technical ability, including Microsoft Office, ERP, and project management software and tools.
