Your new role

As the Project Architect / Studio Lead, you will guide complex projects from early concept through construction, while helping shape the strategic direction of the Vancouver studio. This position is ideal for a senior architect who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is looking to step into a leadership trajectory. Over time, this role will evolve into leading the Vancouver office and contributing to the growth and development of the local team.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing design quality, managing client relationships, coordinating with consultants, and mentoring architectural staff. You’ll also play a key role in delivering projects across a variety of building types, including:
  • K–12 and post‑secondary education
  • Cultural and community facilities
  • Indigenous and First Nations projects
  • Municipal and civic buildings
  • Health and wellness environments
  • Corporate, commercial, and workplace design
  • Net‑zero and sustainability‑focused initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in architectural practice, preferably within British Columbia.
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • Architectural registration or eligibility.
  • Strong experience leading projects from design through construction.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation, and community‑focused design.
  • Interest in studio leadership, team development, and regional growth.
